Some of Our ProjectsAlban Towers located at Massachusetts and Wisconsin Avenues in Northwest Washington, DC, a Gothic revival with gargoyles lining the hallways of this historic building built in 1931. Ron Wilson's father, Joseph Ira Wilson, a plumber who completed the installation of the original plumbing from 1931 to 1934. Then, in 1954 Ronald Wilson, while an employee of William Buckholz, replaced the domestic plumbing system. In 2001 RONCO found itself part of the renovation of the building's systems, while the detailed and historical plasterwork in the lobby and corridors were restored and preserved. 800 F Street, a phased complex located in Northwest Washington, D.C.. The first four floors will be occupied by the International Spy Museum, featured in Smithsonian Magazine. The project consists of 40 residential units as well as office and retail space, located within walking distance of China Town and the MCI Center, and around the corner from the Ford Theatre. Baywoods of Annapolis, a retirement facility located in Annapolis, MD is waterfront property facing the Chesapeake Bay. The project is a design-build plumbing and HVAC project incorporating two residential , six-story towers which house approximately 200 condominium units and a two-story 90-room assisted living complex with a three-story parking garage. RONCO assisted in all aspects of design and HVAX implementation, including valve engineering on the owner's behalf. Parc Somerset Condominiums plumbing and HVAC project with two existing 18-story buildings and a third building comprised of high-end condominiums ranging from 2500 to 10,000 square-feet (penthouse units). This luxurious gated community is located in the heart of downtown Bethesda, MD with corporate meeting rooms and much more. An Automated ApproachThe company has automated the approach to the installation of its systems by providing a CADD drawing for every facet of the job from ground to roof.
